The Ministry and Learning Centre Auditorium hosts large events such as our Annual Graduation, Conferences and Church Services (including Wedding & Funeral Services). It has been designed to accommodate up to 250 people (for Half-Auditorium) and 450 people (Full Auditorium) onsite, with the possibility of livestreaming webinars and conferences for those who are unable to attend physically.
The Auditorium also has a full sound, AV & lighting system to facilitate events with live music and lightning. If access to the full sound/AV desk is required, only Morling College staff are permitted to do this, at an additional cost of $50 per staff member per hour. The actual number of AV staff will be dependent upon the set up required. Upon initial enquiry, hirers will be asked to provide an outline of their AV needs for this purpose. A site visit is highly recommended for hirers to gauge the use of the space.

All of our classrooms feature permanently installed AV equipment to assist with presentations including desktops, data projectors and screens. Speakers and a wireless microphone are also available and included in the room hire costs.
A site visit is highly recommended for hirers to gauge the setup of the space.
If hirers do not wish to bring their own device, guest access to the wall-mounted Interactive Screens is available on request.
Multi-Purpose Rooms 1 & 2 can be used individually or combined together to form a larger space.
(Please note that the 2 moveable display screens in these rooms cannot be connected together.)

The John Olley Centre (JOC) was built in 2015 and contains three lecture rooms that can be used individually, or opened up for larger combined conferencing spaces. This space is used for lectures, events and two different churches use these spaces on Sundays. With all rooms combined, 200 people can sit conference-style.

JOC Kitchenette
Each lecture room features permanently installed AV equipment to assist with presentations including large touch-screen TVs, speakers and microphone, as well as built-in cameras to assist with video conferencing. The kitchenette is located in the foyer of the JOC, and has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hot water urn and crockery and cutlery. It is perfect to serve tea and coffee, morning or afternoon tea and supper out of.
The whole John Olley Centre provides modern conferencing facilities for up to 200 people, and can be configured in a number of ways to cater for a variety of needs.

The Brisbane Campus is located in the Queensland Baptist Complex at Building 2, 53 Prospect Road, Gaythorne QLD 4051. Nestled in a peaceful area with an attractive outdoor courtyard area. The campus offers a calm and inviting environment for learning and events. It is a newly renovated space, designed to provide a modern and comfortable experience for all guests.
Most rooms available for booking are equipped with permanently installed AV equipment to support presentations, including data projectors and screens. Rooms are fully air-conditioned and chairs and tables are also available. These facilities are included in the room hire costs.
LR1 is our largest and most versatile classroom, comfortably seating up to 30 people (without desks). It features modern desks, air conditioning, and full audio-visual capabilities—ideal for presentations, training sessions, or Zoom meetings. The space has been recently renovated, complete with fresh paint and new carpeting, providing a clean and contemporary environment for learning.
