Request for Academic Transcript or replacement Testamur

• Bible and Theology students: please contact the Australian University of Theology directly.
• CCSC and EDU students: Please submit your request using this form.
  Note that copies of official transcripts cost $50/copy, and a replacement Testamur costs $150. Registered postage costs are an additional cost.
